Spring of 2006 I made the choice to include new age music in my workshop presentations and felt drawn to Sue Esserwein's two newest CDs Colors of Light and Clouds in the Looking Glass. They are available for purchase from Sue's CD BABY site.
What I have observed when playing Sue's healing music softly in the background as workshop participants create and visit is they all love them! The first time I played these CDs they shared how relaxed listening to them made them feel. One thing I noticed they didn't want to leave three stayed just visiting through the second session. After playing these CDs for several workshops I soon became aware not only is this music helping participates to relax it frees some to release what needs releasing within their being; with some tears flow as they share their healing steps while others acknowledge their letting go of emotions of anger, fear and guilt.
